As the Director, Infrastructure Development and Asset Management at the City of Toronto, Carlyle is responsible for the stewardship and state-of-good-repair of program assets valued at over $600M associated with the Solid Waste Management Services program. With over 25 years of public and private experience in the Public Works, Carlyle possesses a high level of working knowledge of municipal programs and has excelled in assessing business and developing strategic plans and highly effective business solutions.

Carlyle joins us today to talk about the partnership with Enbridge Gas Distribution Inc. that facilitates the City's first Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) project located at the Dufferin Organics Processing Facility. Teamed with Enbridge Gas Distribution, the City will begin production of over 2.3M cubic meters of RNG per year in 2020:Q1.
